The terms governing use of the Key Changes website.
These terms and conditions govern your use of our website. By using it, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part, you must not use the website. Our website uses cookies in accordance with our privacy and cookie policies.
We, together with our licensors, own and control the copyright and other intellectual-property rights in this website and its material. All such rights are reserved.
You may view pages in a browser, cache pages, print pages and stream audio and video, subject to these terms. Except where expressly permitted, you must not download, edit, republish, sell, rent, sub-license, publicly show, commercially exploit or redistribute website material. You may redistribute our newsletter, where applicable, in print or electronic form.
We may restrict access to parts or all of the website at our discretion. You must not circumvent access restrictions.
Where available, you may access our RSS feed with a reader or aggregator. Subject to these terms, we grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sub-licensable licence to display unmodified feed content on a non-commercial website you operate, with appropriate credit and a link to our website. We may revoke this licence at any time.
You must not damage or impair the website; use it unlawfully, fraudulently or harmfully; distribute malicious software; conduct unauthorised automated data collection; ignore robots.txt directives; or use collected data for direct marketing. Information you supply must be true, accurate, current, complete and not misleading.
If account registration is available, you must not allow another person to use your account, must tell us promptly of unauthorised use and must not use another person’s account without permission.
Your user ID must not mislead or impersonate another person. You must keep your password confidential and notify us if it is disclosed. You are responsible for activity resulting from a failure to keep it confidential.
We may suspend or cancel an account, or edit account details, at our discretion. Where account controls permit, you may cancel your account.
“Your content” means material you submit for storage, publication, processing or transmission. You grant us a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, store, adapt, publish, translate and distribute it, together with related sub-licensing and enforcement rights. Where permitted, you waive moral rights. We may delete, unpublish or edit content that breaches these terms.
Your content must be lawful, must not infringe legal rights and must not be libellous, obscene, maliciously false, discriminatory, threatening, abusive, deceptive, fraudulent, harassing, hateful, inflammatory, harmful, spam or otherwise capable of giving rise to legal action. It must be appropriate, civil and tasteful and must not be subject to threatened or actual legal proceedings.
If you learn of unlawful material or activity, or material that breaches these terms, please let us know through our contact details.
We do not warrant the completeness or accuracy of website information, that material is current, or that the website or any service will remain available. We may alter or discontinue services or stop publishing the website without notice.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Subject to that, we exclude liability to the maximum extent permitted by law, including for events beyond our reasonable control, business losses, loss or corruption of data, and indirect or consequential loss.
You indemnify us against losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses arising directly or indirectly from your use of the website or breach of these terms.
If you breach these terms, or we reasonably suspect that you have, we may issue warnings, suspend or prohibit access, block devices, contact service providers, commence legal action, or suspend or delete an account. You must not circumvent a suspension, prohibition or block.
Links to third-party websites are not recommendations. We do not control those sites or accept responsibility for their content or for loss arising from their use.
Our logos and registered or unregistered trade marks belong to us. Third-party marks belong to their owners; unless stated otherwise, we do not endorse or affiliate with their holders.
Competitions, prize draws and promotions may be subject to separate terms made available as appropriate.
We may revise these terms from time to time. Revised terms apply from publication or, where notice is given, from the date stated in that notice.
We may assign, transfer, subcontract or otherwise deal with our rights and obligations. You may not do so without our prior written consent.
If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Where deletion of part would make a provision lawful or enforceable, that part will be deemed deleted.
These terms benefit you and us and are not intended to benefit or be enforceable by a third party.
Subject to the liability provisions above, these terms together with our privacy and cookie policies constitute the entire agreement relating to use of the website.
These terms are governed by English law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England.
