We are a mental health charity dedicated to providing free access to music studios for people of all ages.

Our mission is to support mental well-being through creative expression, offering recording studios for individuals to explore their musical talents and find healing through art.

Eligibility:

Young people aged 15 – 18 living in Manchester, Birmingham, Brighton, London (following boroughs only: Hounslow, Barnet, Enfield, Haringey, Islington, Tower Hamlets, Newham, Hackney, Lambeth, Southwark)

Studio Discovery

3-weeks, 3hrs p/w

Eligibility:

Age 19-30 (not under S117 or eligible for social care or personal health budget)

Or anyone age 19+ (no upper age limit) if any of following applies:

Has attended our service in hospital

Resident in London Borough of Hounslow

Referral by North London Mental Health Partnership NLFS service

Referral by West London NHS Trust SCFT team

Referral by East London NHS Foundation Trust (John Howard Centre)

Referral by Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust

Referral by Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust (Laureate House, Moorside Unit, Meadowbrook Unit)

Progression opportunities

If you’re receiving support for your mental health, you need to be referred by someone involved in your care. If you’re not currently receiving support for your mental health, we can accept a self referral here. If in doubt, please contact us before making a referral.

Free-of-charge places offered on discretionary basis paid for through our charitable funds.
